Useful Information

EXW	Ex Works En fabrica	VENDEDOR entrega la mercancía en sus instalaciones poniéndola a disposición de COMPRADOR sin cargarse en el medio de transporte.
FCA	Free Carrier	VENDEDOR entrega la mercancía al transportista en el lugar pactado y cargada en el medio de transporte.
FAS	Free Alongside Ship	VENDEDOR entrega la mercancía a COMPRADOR o su transportista en el muelle al costado del buque.
FOB	Free On Board	VENDEDOR entrega la mercancía a COMPRADOR cuando esta pasa la borda del buque.
CFR	Cost and Freight	VENDEDOR entrega la mercancía a COMPRADOR cuando esta pasa la borda del buque. Además VENDEDOR ha de pagar el coste del flete.
CIF	Cost, Insurance and Freight	VENDEDOR entrega la mercancía a COMPRADOR cuando esta pasa la borda del buque. Además VENDEDOR ha de pagar el coste del flete y un seguro de transporte con cobertura mínima. Si COMPRADOR desea mayor cobertura del seguro se pactará.
CPT	Carriage Paid To	VENDEDOR entrega la mercancía a COMPRADOR cuando la pone a disposición del transportista sobre el medio. Además VENDEDOR ha de pagar el coste del flete.
CIP	Carriage and Insurance Paid to	VENDEDOR entrega la mercancía a COMPRADOR cuando la pone a disposición del transportista sobre el medio. Además VENDEDOR ha de pagar el coste del flete y un seguro de transporte con cobertura mínima. Si COMPRADOR desea mayor cobertura del seguro se pactará.
DAP	Delivered At Place	VENDEDOR es responsable del riesgo de la mercancía hasta que la pone a diposición del COMPRADOR en el lugar acordado. VENDEDOR realíza el despacho de aduana para exportación. Este Incoterm reemplaza a DAF (Delivered At Frontier) y DDU (Delivered Dutiy Unpaid)
DAT	Delivery At Terminal	Seller bears cost, risk and responsibility until goods are unloaded (delivered) at named quay, warehouse, yard, or terminal at destination. Demurrage or detention charges may apply to seller. Seller clears goods for export, not import. DAT replaces DEQ, DES. VENDEDOR es responsable del riesgo de la mercancía hasta que que la misma es entregada (descargada) al COMPRADOR en la terminal portuaria o deposito en destino. Los costos de demoras corren por cuenta del VENDEDOR. El VENDEDOR realiza el despacho de aduanas de exportación. Este Incoterm reemplaza a DEQ (Delivered Ex Quay) y DES (DElivered Ex Ship).
DDP	Delivered Duty Paid	VENDEDOR entrega la mercancía poniéndola a disposición de COMPRADOR en el punto convenido sin descargar y debidamente despachada de importación habiendo pagado todos los costes.
